The Space
The cottage is on two wooded acres which are fenced and have an electric gate. You are "in the country" but, again, close access to everything you can imagine. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion is only 10 minutes away and is renowned as one of the premier concert venues in the world. Four huge hospital complexes minutes away attract medical staff from the world over. Movie theaters, literally hundreds of restaurant choices, and awesome shopping malls and stores are just a few reasons our cottage might be the best choice for your housing needs in this area.

There is a small grounds keepers cabin on the property as well as what we call our “tiny house”. A tiny house is normally rented to traveling medical personnel who are here on work contracts for one of our hospitals.
As our tenant, you’ll be basically on your own to enjoy the property which even includes a pond for fishing if that suits you.
