4 BR Cozy and gated rustic home with quick 5-minute Woodlands access. Large outdoor patio w 2 gazebos, and a firepit to enjoy the Texas weather! Crib, toddler bed, and high chair provided. Parking area large enough for many vehicles. Early check-in/late check-out avail. w a fee. Pets case by case $25 pet fee per pet. Professional cleaners after every stay!!
The Space
This lovely home is so private you will love the yard! We are just 5 minutes from I-45 and right across the highway from The Woodlands! Master: King with crib, Bedroom 1 & 2 Queen Beds, Bedroom 3 Twin Trundle & Toddler Bed. 2nd bath is inside the 2nd bedroom for access and privacy. There is a small loft upstairs that my kids loved playing in or even camping up there just please bring down anything that travels upstairs. All doorways are wide and French door access to the house for wheelchairs or whatever is needed. Cable/fastest speed internet provided by Xfinity. Smart TV in Living & Master.
There are cameras in the house from when we lived there but they are no longer active. Feel free to cover if they make you uncomfortable!! Solo cups work best to cover. The separate garage apartment and garage is also a rental utilized by other tenants. Be mindful of other guests and parking arrangements.
Guest Access
Full home access! Gated parking with driveway separating garage/apartment. Please park in front of the Pinewood Inn Sign and be respectful of other house guests cars for ease of entering and exiting. Watch the picket fence as you reverse the driveway as many guests have hit it and you are responsible for damage. Also, please replace gate opener in mailbox upon departure.

- Additional Rules: Smoking is permitted outside on the patio and you must throw butts in disposal buckets. Pets are case by a case basis. You must get approval to bring a pet and is subject to higher pricing. You are welcome to utilize washer, dryer, refrigerator, Keurig, dishwasher, whatever you'd like. Events are welcome but must be approved and are subject to higher pricing/ there are security cameras. If you are using phone maps please ensure you have the right ZIP Code. Gated house with private property signs on fence. You are responsible for key and gate opener. If you lose it, you will lose your deposit. The opener alone costs $50 and I have to pay a specialist to program it. $150 total. The house will be walked through at check out for any damages to furniture or home. Upon departure please take out trash and strip your sheets and put in the laundry room.
