Recently remodeled 3 BR older 2-story farmhouse near The Woodlands! 2 bedrooms up with a shared bathroom and Master down with a private bathroom. (Walk In showers only) Fully equipped with everything you may need! Cable and internet are provided w one smart TV in the living room. Pack and play, baby bath and high chair provided for your use! Pets case by case. $25 pet fee/pet. Early Check-in/Late check-out avail for addtl fee. Can’t wait to host you!

1 car garage for storage and laundry only, not parking. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway or on the side of the house in the yard if needed.

- Home Rules: ● Check-In: After 4:00 pm ● Check Out: 11:00 am ● Self check-in with lockbox ● No smoking ● No Parties or Events ● Pets are allowed
- Additional Rules: -Prior to departing, please place all used towels and washcloths in the washer and strip all used sheets and place them in the laundry room basket. Remove groceries and take trash to can outside. If you are staying on a Sunday or Wednesday night, I do ask that you take the trash cans to the street before bed. -You must be ok with entering and leaving on your own once checkin procedures are provided. I am a phone call or text away and very fast at responding! -Everything in the house is yours to use while you stay, but not beyond! Please do not take anything that isn't yours, as you will be charged for it! -You are free to use the washer and dryer but please be moderate and leave the washer door open if not in use. -Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior permission. There are some restrictions and we do charge a $25 pet fee. If you have a pet, please inquire with us before booking! Pets must have current flea treatment and rabies shots. We ask pets to stay off the furniture and be crated when left unattended in the home. -Any gatherings such as a day party, bbq, birthday party, wedding, or reunion that exceeds the guests reserved for the house is considered an event and requires additional pricing. $500 EVENT FEE- TOTAL GUEST COUNT- -You as our guest(s) are acknowledging that you have reviewed the map and location of our home prior to making this booking. Many people get lost please input the correct zip code before arrival. WiFi and cable provided -parking- please park straight away in the driveway- not inside garage Recommendations BBQ- corkscrew bbq long line but best bbq I have ever had - mckenzies in Conroe is great too - also good burgers there. Steak- Texas Roadhouse or salt grass is medium priced. The best steak is Kirby’s or Perry but a little higher end New to area steak- killers- Robards Mexican- PAPASITOS best place ever- not too cheap though. Guadalajara, Chuys Tex mex, El Bosque, mi rancho Burgers- Jax burgers Breakfast- toasted yolk, another broken egg, black walnut cafe or black sheep bistro, snooze Hibachi- Shogun, Kobe, Benihana Vegan/Organic-flower child, Salata Restaurants for delivery Door dash and Uber eats will deliver in addition to: Chinese Chef Chan’s Golden China Pizza Pizza Hut Bulldogs pizza Papa johns American Jimmy Johns Italian Carrabas
